Just Relax
“Just Relax” is probably one of the worst things someone ELSE can tell you in a moment of panic. BUT- it is the very best reminder you can give yourself in a moment of distress.
To be able to self regulate and control your energy into where it is needed most. Now that is a true testament to good mental health. Something I am practicing more and more everyday. Here are some self portraits I took to serve as a representation of this journey.
