Painting the Studio!
We tried something a little different for this photoshoot.
For this shoot, my model Kailee pulled together three killer outfits. Based on the colors of her outfits we went to Michael’s and picked out paint that coordinated. Starting off the photoshoot, we knew there was one outfit we wanted with a plain background. Once we were done shooting that series, I had Kailee then paint doodles on the backdrop. I was able to get some really cute shots, capturing her creativity and silliness in this stage. Love how they turned out.
I then, set down my camera and started doodling with her so we can fill up the page quicker. I really felt like an elementary aged kid doodling in my school notebook. It was great! We then shot two more outfits using our doodles as the backdrop. I am so pleased with how it all came out. The colors. angles, posing, lighting, and styling! It all came together.
We were able to get so many great photos with this one backdrop in one session.

Very relaxed & carefree posing. Loved the energy that this oversized pink sweater & cowboy hat brought to this shoot.
